:Whether you are training for your first ultra or looking to shave minutes off a personal best, the thin air of Leadville is the ultimate proving ground. I’m offering a fully immersive, one-on-one coaching residency designed to take the guesswork out of your preparation.

The Leadville Advantage At 10,152 feet, Leadville is more than just a scenic backdrop—it’s a physiological edge. Because I am centrally located and have personally completed the Leadville trail races, I offer direct, firsthand experience on these specific trails. I know exactly where the "pain points" are and how to navigate the unique challenges of high-altitude racing.
What’s Included in Your Residency: For $100 per day (in addition to your lodging), your training is entirely curated by me. No cookie-cutter plans—just direct, daily interaction including:
  • Curated Mountain Runs: Routes selected based on your fitness level and goals, featuring the actual terrain you’ll face on race day.
  • Strength & Mobility: Targeted sessions to ensure your chassis is strong enough to handle the vertical gain and technical descents.
  • Breath Work: Techniques to manage effort and optimize oxygen intake at high altitudes.
  • Fueling & Hydration: A deep dive into your gut health and electrolyte strategy to prevent the common pitfalls of mountain racing.
  • Race Strategy: We’ll sit down and map out your pacing, crew transitions, and mental game plan.
